Payment
Your order begins only after your full advance payment is confirmed by your personal stylist. This is not cash on delivery. Your stylist will share the payment details with you.
Delivery
Delivery is expected within 15–25 days after order confirmation, throughout Bangladesh.
Cancellations
Confirmed pre-orders cannot be cancelled, because each piece is specially arranged after purchase.
Returns and exchanges
Returns are not accepted. Size exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
